Walied Abdeldayem will be talking about the Impacted As-Planned Methodology (IAP) in delay analysis, also known as the MIP 3.6 of the RP29R-03. Walied will discuss how the IAP method survived its criticisms and remains one of the most frequently used methods. Walied will examine the settings under which an analyst may favor this method, its suitability, and applicability, when to (and not to) use the method, and the objectives and expectations when deciding to use it.
